01

Start with the audience.

Tell us who will be in the room, what they are navigating, and what you want the session to contribute. Include the event date, location or virtual format, and your preferred session type.

02

Then define the fit.

We can discuss the session direction, format, timing, and participation. Final scope, fee, travel arrangements, and availability must be agreed before booking.

03

Plan the practical details.

For planning, consider your room layout, microphone and audiovisual setup, presentation format, accessibility requirements, and any recording or photography request. Technical requirements and permissions will be agreed for the specific event—not assumed from this page.

Communication & professional preparation
